I offer in person sessions at my office in Oceanside, and virtual sessions for California residents via zoom. My office is located at Estes Therapy center, 2204 El Camino Real, suite 305.

fee

My fee range is $250-195 based on need. We can chat about finding the right fee for you in our consultation.

insurance

I accept FSA and HSA cards in my practice and while I am not in network with any insurance providers, I am happy to provide proof of payment, or “super bill” for you to submit for reimbursement. I suggest you ask your network what your “out of network” reimbursement policy is in order to find out what you can receive from insurance.

notice of good faith

Under the law, health care providers are asked to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.  If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

cancelation policy

My cancellation policy is 24 hours from your scheduled session time. If you cannot make our session, please give notice before the 24 hours or you will be responsible for the full fee of the session. Availability permitting, I also allow you to reschedule within the same week of the scheduled session.
